Please be aware that all reservations are non-refundable. Once a booking is made, cancellations at any time will not be eligible for a refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

To secure your reservation, we require a security deposit of 30% of the total cost. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival. We accept payment in cash, Zelle, and Venmo. 

All renters must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid photo ID. Additionally, anyone born after January 1st, 1988, is required to complete a boater safety course(click on it) in order to legally operate a jet ski. Both must be provided upon arrival.

In the event of bad weather conditions, we may need to reschedule your appointment to a later date or we will issue a full refund of your security deposit.

Yes, if 6 years old and older.

Yes, the reservations are required and must be made online. We don't typically take walk-ins but we do make exceptions if we have an opening right before the upcoming time slot.
