Frequently Asked Questions
Cancelation Policy
Please be aware that all reservations are non-refundable. Once a booking is made, cancellations at any time will not be eligible for a refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Security Deposit
To secure your reservation, we require a security deposit of 30% of the total cost. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival. We accept payment in cash, Zelle, and Venmo.
Jet Ski Requirements
All renters must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid photo ID. Additionally, anyone born after January 1st, 1988, is required to complete a boater safety course(click on it) in order to legally operate a jet ski. Both must be provided upon arrival.
Bad Weather
In the event of bad weather conditions, we may need to reschedule your appointment to a later date or we will issue a full refund of your security deposit.
Can kids ride as a passenger?
Yes, if 6 years old and older.
Are reservations required?
Yes, the reservations are required and must be made online. We don't typically take walk-ins but we do make exceptions if we have an opening right before the upcoming time slot.
Do we provide life jackets?
When renting jet skis life jackets and safety whistles.
Is Wetsuit Required?
It's recommended but not mandatory. Just beach clothes are fine and barefoot is ok.
Minimum Age to Drive Jet Ski
14 years old. But anyone under 18 years old must be accompanied by parent or sibling whos 18yo or older.
Is there an instructor when riding jet ski?
Riding jet ski can be dangerous so you'll be with our tour guide, whoo will give safety instructions. But you will have free ride after that.
Is there a weight limit?
Maximum weight is 350 lb when driving jet ski.
How many passengers are allowed on jet ski?
Maximum two people are allowed on the jet ski if weight limit is not exceed.
